Who doesn’t like peanut butter and jelly?
I once hate anything that I have to mix everything and eat it. I remembered my mom always got this stupid jam where they have this mixture of peanut butter and jelly. All you need to do is spread them on the bread and save you bucks instead of buying 2 kinds of spreading. I will never touch it. I always find it nasty to have more than one taste but everything change as I grow up. Now you know why I’m so skinny.
Till I came to the states few years ago, we had this drama in the house about who mixing the jelly? As I came home from a class, one of my room-mate came to me by the door as I opened it and asking me did I mix the jelly to the other jelly bottle. I was wondering what JELLY? I did not see any JELLY when I left home. Well, in Malaysia Jelly means Jell-O? So my understand is bad during that time. And asked them if they referring to JAM? And they replied YES! Of course I did not mix it dummy. Why would I do that? I don’t even touch JAM or jelly or whatsoever. Beside I never buy any jelly and why would I mix it. Some more MIXING it… YUCK! Anyhow…. Who care right now? I leave it to the past. But some people are just silly.
One day I decided to ask my hubby about it and here the conversation…..
Me: Honey, why you guys love peanut butter and jelly so much?
Hubby: It tastes good. You never try it?
Me: Never…… I don’t like mixing anything
Hubby: You should try it
Me: Hmm……. I’ll think about it.
And I did try it and its okay for me. I can’t have it all the time coz I find it too sweet for me. And I still love peanut butter on itself with bread. My little princess loves peanut butter.
Few days ago which on Monday, I woke up that morning and told myself that is it; I can’t lose what I’m given and that’s been my gift. I often hearing people tell me, I’m good in designing or crafting or whatsoever and always seeing me as someone who love to do stuffs. Slept through the night thinking am I really that good as they told me that I am? I really doubt myself, period! As I said earlier, I woke up and giving myself a push and I never did before; thinking if I never push myself to the limit, how do I know I’m good or not beside me kept saying I’m no good.
I always have pictures playing in my head with some music on the background depends on my mood that I’m feeling. Pictures of everything I see from my iris. Sometimes, I only see color and sometimes I don’t and I’m having a dog’s eye for days. But I love it because black and white are not easy things to just do it. You just have to have the right timing as same goes to life. When the right time comes, you just can’t ignore it. Just like love!
Monday blue as everyone said…… am I having it too? Lying on the ground thinking what my pictures today? Seeing a box laying on the cocktail table and hearing it calling my name in a flirty voice. “Shot me”! That’s it…… the flirty box! I started playing around with it and decided to pick a place to lay it down and flirt with it using my long lost partner name Rebel. How can I forget you for so long and now you serve me good and making mama proud! Am using a cheap camera just for playing around but I’m going to try the 3D and 5D soon.

I practice my shooting with my plant, miss tulips. Got the cardinal red! I need to do something as I don’t practice a lot in my photography. Somehow, I always end up doing something during the weekend. Mostly give it to Calvin. He likes to do something else which not my interest. I like outdoor activities where I can play around with my camera. I’m planning to get a better camera this year if my skills keeping me up. I’m really taking it seriously but Calvin thinks I’m just playing around for fun. Guess, I’m just a person who playing around in this eyes.
Anyhow, I tried editing the photos. Not sure if I did a good job or not. I’m still figuring out how to do a better job but it’s not a one day practice to learn all the tricks. To me, I have hard time coz I’m so in love with black and white photos. To have colors on my photos need a lot of patience to have what I want to present it. Never knew editing can be tough. Okay, here another batch of editing. I can’t help myself coz I must have a black and white photos. This took me a very long time to have a prefect editing. It was harder than I thought. Color was much easier. Now I understand, why Calvin not into black and white photos coz you need a lot of time and patience. Black and white is the precious photos. You can’t get it right all the time due to lighting and etc. By the way, let me know what you think thought. Did I do a great job? Give me some advice. PLEASE!!!!

Finally! Calvin completed the wedding albums. Don’t get me wrong, for photos….. Calvin had complete it long time ago but for album. He just likes to sit on it as he always busy with his job and activities that’s going on with his life. I’m always proud of his job. No because he’s my boyfriend. I been always admired his job when we were just a friends.
I tried to have his skills but I can’t. I believe everyone is gifted with different gifts from God. But I know, if we want it so bad, we will have it eventually. I did practice and get a cheap camera to play around. And Calvin notices I’m a very good product photographer. He once told me that, he can’t have what I have. I have the patience which he doesn’t have it. That’s why he shots better with human then products. I’m not giving up what he had. I want to be better as him or even better than him. I know I know……. I sounded like a person who doesn’t want to lose. I do! Only to him though. I guess, all my life I’m with him, he always challenges me to do something and I love to prove to him that I can do it and much better in time. It’s a good way to improve myself I believe. Without him pushing me, I won’t be who I am today. I really love him for him and I’m so so grateful to have him in my life. He’s a good friends too if you know him well.
Okay, Calvin been busy the whole week this week and not so sure what he was doing. Till he shown me this link which he took him the whole night doing it this last night. I thought he was having is fun time on his computer. If you know what I mean. Gaming! Instead of wasting everyone time, let me know what you think about his work.
