One fine day, I decided to bake just to kill my time. And I tried the raspberries muffins for the very first time. Since, I have all the ingredients in my kitchen. Calvin on the other hand being a busy body. He so anxious about what I’m baking even thought you mention it a million time. I made it mini size coz I have problem finish the big one that I usually have it from the bakery. So, I thought having a mini one will be great. Mainly, I’m doing it for my breakfast. I don’t eat much in the morning.
The Muffins turned out great. I love it coz it’s not too sweet for me which I preferred. But Calvin preferred a bit sweeter. Emm…… Less sugar is better for us as we getting older. Just kidding! I’m sound like as if I’m OLD. I’m just in my mid 20’s. GOSH! Anyway, I let some of my friends to tried it and they love it too. I’m so happy to hear that. They told me that, it did not taste as sweet as the bakery store and they really loved it. And they ate A LOT! *wink, wink*
