Korean Crispy Cake

I went to this Korean grocery store while waiting for my seating at the restaurant. Wanted to kill times since we have to wait for at least 30 minutes. And I came through this package where I can do my own Korean crispy cake. Of course I get it coz it’s our favorite. It’s good to have as appetizer or breakfast.

So this package is a mixture of everything. Meaning is only flour but we just need to add water. What I did was, I add my own ingredients on it to make it tastier. I added shrimps, scallion and red chilies. Omg… it tasted so good. My mistake was, I should have make it thinner so it can be more crispier but I don’t want to burn it too much which is not good for our health.
