Four New Babies

I bought four new babies home. They’re beautiful and easy to take care of. It’s all about the water. Yes, I’m referring to my plants. Isn’t it funny?? I thought we needed a plant for our place to make it livelier. I need to get more plants for the front door. Maybe just the green plants.

I’m not sure if I’m good in taking care of plants. I tried 3 years ago at my old home. Most my plants just die on me. So, hopefully this one works for me. I just need to put more care of it. Oh….. I wanted to have an herb garden too. It’s really good it saving cost coz herb at the store is not that cheap when you just used a little. A plant just cost about $3.00 to $5.00 and you can just cut or pluck when you need it. Some more it’s fresher too.

Already, below shown which babies I picked at the garden. They really win my heart when I first saw them. LOL!

English Daisy (Bellis Perennis)
Wikipedia ~ Bellis Perennis is a common European species of Daisy, iften considered the archetypal species if that name. Many related plants also share the name "Daisy", so to distinguish this species from the other daisies it is sometimes qualified as Common Daisy, Lawn Daisy or occasionally English Daisy. It is native to western, central and northern Europe. The species is widely naturalized in North America, where it is considered an invasive weed.

Hyacinth Blue
Wikipedia ~ Hyacinthus is a genius of bulbous flowering plants, formerly placed in the lily family liliacear but now regarded as the type genus of the separate family Hyacinthaceae. They are commonly called Hyacinths, and are native to the eastern Mediterranean region east to Iran and Turkmenistan.

Madrid Purple Lavender (Lavandula Stoechas 'Madrid Purple')
I've this problem where i can't find the definition of this species of Lavender. Anyhow, i believe it's the French Lavender. Lavender it selves have 39 species. Unbelievable, right? Lavandula Stoechas (French Lavender, Spanish Lavender, Stoechas Lavander, or Topped Lavender) occurs naturally in the Mediterranean region. As for my lavender, is a selection from the Madrid Series of french lacender which was bred in Belgium. (if any of you found the definition of this species, do let me know)

Daffodil (Narcissus)
Unknown ~ The Daffodil is also known As Narcissus, Jonquil, Paperwhite, and the 'Poet's Flower'. The species name is Narcissus pseudonarcissus (pronounced "nar-sis-us sue-doe-nar-sis-us"). Every daffodil is a narcissus (plural is narcissi), but not all narcissi are daffodils. Narcissus is the botanical name for the genus. The common name 'Daffodil' is generally used for single, trumpet-shaped flowers where the central cup of the flower is as long as or longer than the petals. Other varieties are known as Narcissus or Jonquils. Jonquil comes from the Spanish name for the flower. The name 'Narcissus' comes from Greek mythology. Echo, a nymph, fell in love with the vain Greek youth Narcissus. But he loved only himself and rejected her. She died of a broken heart. Later Narcissus saw his reflection in a pool of water and stood there admiring his beauty. The gods were angry with Narcissus and changed him into a flower which they named after him - the Narcissus flower.

Last but not least. I think my maple tree is ready to bloom some flowers.
Spring is about to come............
