Maryland Fried Chicken

I came across this recipe is because I had a flash back about my secondary school times where I learned home science at school and I remember I have no interest on it. But as you grew up, you realized what we learned at school became our daily life. Look at me now. I used it every day in my daily life. Cooking, Sewing (maybe a basic one like fixing button and etc), and some other simple stuffs than you think there no use for you to learn it. But I was wrong.

Any who, Maryland fried chicken came to my mind as I remember one of my teacher teaches us to made Maryland chicken which about the same as this recipe. Slightly different then what I learned before. I went and did my research as usual and I found this recipe which is simple yet look delicious. I did add my own stuffs on it to make it more PAM! Something I want in a taste, I have to say. A little bit of Asian influences. You know American-Asian style. Oh ok….. It’s called Fusion.

I can’t explain the aromas when I deep fried it. Gosh…..! It just smelled sooooooo Goood! It made me drooling which cooking it and I have the temptation of eating it a bit by a bit. And I thought for a second, by the time I finish cooking, I actually eat the whole thing. So, I waited. And the tenderness of the chicken made it prefect. I got the meat from the Japanese store. They sell the chicken tights which already de-bone and prepare cut as what u wanted it to be. I’m really glad they have it here. I added some corns and potatoes fries together with the fried chicken. And walah……………. It’s dinner!

Easy dinner don’t you think? If you’re looking for something that need less than 30 minutes? This is the winner! So, go ahead and try it yourself and I believe your family will love it as much as you do. Beside Calvin can’t get enough for this special recipe.
